The Corporate Harmony, Inc. program helps Corporate leaders hone their skills in the mediation process as an essential element of peacemaking, not as a rote action or pretence. Mediators act as impartial facilitators, or "harmonizers", who draw from facilitative, transformative and evaluative models in conflict resolution.

Workplace Mediation
Workplace Mediation is a structured process whereby an impartial mediator facilitates communication between those in dispute to facilitate mutually agreed upon solutions on how to improve their working relationship. Businesses today are in great need of leaders skilled in promoting effective intercultural communication for greater cultural sensitivity, diversity and multicultural understanding in the workplace.
This program will address:
• Disputes between coworkers
• Supervisor/employee disputes
• Work team conflicts
• Perception of discrimination
• ADA accommodation issues
• Interpersonal communication issues
This program will also demonstrate how many workplace disputes can be resolved without resorting to legal processes. A skilled mediator guides the parties to the addressing of issues and then helps the parties reach a mutually agreed upon resolution of their differences. Issues can be addressed quickly, thoroughly and in confidence.
Workplace mediation offers the opportunity:
• To be heard
• To develop new ways of dealing with a dispute
• To create your own solution(s)
• To save time, expense and the distress of living and working with unresolved conflict
